You are welcome to send your order via normal (snail)
mail along with a check, money order or credit card number. Look for the instructions to

Return Policy
Fishin' On Line wants you to be satisfied with your
purchase, so we offer a 30-Day Home Trial. If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with
your product, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-476-FISH
(3474) or at 1-909-862-4385 for our
return authorization. Your purchase price will be refunded (less a 20% Restocking
Fee and the original Shipping and Handling Fees). Sorry, custom orders may not be
returned.

Privacy Policy
Fishin' On-Line respects the rights of our customers
privacy. Any information supplied to us will only be used to process your order, reply to
your questions and to make improvements to our site. We keep a running file of all normal
(snail) mail and e-mail addresses.
We do not share our list
of customers with anyone.
We may on occasion send out e-mails to our customers that have gone
Fishin' with us for more great deals and NEW items that have been added. If you
don't want to receive these e-mails, please send us an e-mail stating "Please do not
send E-Mails" in the body of the e-mail. Please be sure to provide your Name, Address
and current E-Mail Address in the text portion of your e-mail.

Where is My Catch (Order)?
Most of the items offered by Fishin' On-Line are hand
carved, painted or formed, therefore, delivery can take from three (3) to four (4) weeks
from the time that we receive your payment. However, most items are shipped sooner. If an
item is sold out (hey, it happens) you will receive a letter apologizing for the
inconvenience within two (2) weeks, instead of your shipment.
If you like, you may send us an e-mail inquiring as to whereabouts of your
order. Please be sure to include your Order Number, Full Name, Address and Zip Code
so that our Customer Service Department can find "your" order! All orders
are subject to inventory availability and credit card or check approval.
